- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS
1.1 Purchase Policy
All products available at FernTide home decor are shipped directly from our suppliers to the address provided during the purchase. The delivery time varies from 07 to 16 business days after shipping, depending on the location. After payment confirmation in our system, shipping is done within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery time starts counting after this period.
We provide a tracking code so customers can monitor the progress of their orders.
It is important to note that, in some exceptional situations, such as delays, strikes, or high demand in postal services, the delivery time may be extended. We are not responsible for delays caused by general strikes or other external factors related to shipping carriers.
We guarantee the delivery of the order and commit to refunding the full amount paid for products lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free internet tracking.
If the product is not delivered within 60 business days after shipping, we guarantee a full refund, and the customer may keep the product if desired. It is possible to receive more than one package if products are purchased from different suppliers, which is a normal occurrence.
1.2 Order Tracking
Products are shipped by the postal service or another carrier, and we provide a tracking code for delivery monitoring. The code is sent via email within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2.1 Care with Addressing Orders
We request attention to the correct filling out of the delivery address to avoid problems during shipping.
2.2 Absent Recipient
It is important to ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery. The postal service makes up to three delivery attempts, after which the package will be forwarded to the nearest agency. The recipient must pick up the package within 7 calendar days.
If the recipient does not pick it up, the package will return to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If this occurs, the package will return to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
2.4 Undelivered Products
In case of delivery problems, the customer must request a reshipment or refund within 2 months after purchase, using the provided tracking code.
2.5 Conditions for Free Shipping
FernTide home decor offers free shipping on all products in the store with no minimum purchase requirement.
